These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of all services (the "Service") provided by IT Support in Tokyo KK. (the "Company"). Customers shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Company provides the following services:
A service contract shall be formed when the Customer applies to use the Service in the manner prescribed by the Company and the Company accepts such application.
All intellectual property rights related to the Service and content provided by the Company belong to the Company or its licensors. However, if otherwise specified by separate agreement, such agreement shall prevail.
Customers shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
The Company makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer as a result of using the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the Service without prior notice to Customers, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Customers as a result.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
